1. How do I place an order?
All you need to do is browse! You can look for a particular type of item by browsing by category located along the top of the page. Our latest items are located under the New In category link and you can filter your search by price (lowest or highest first), date (newest or oldest first), and seller's rating.
Once you have found the item you want, select your size and click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
You can either click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘Update Cart’.
If you’re happy with the items in your shopping cart, click ‘Check Out’ to complete your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment via direct online transfer / bank in. Please visit our Payment Method page for details.
3. Can I cancel my order?
If you have made payment and want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Your order cannot be cancelled after your order is shipped out. If you did not make payment yet, you can ignore the order. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after the due day.
4. Why was my order cancelled?
In most cases, orders are automatically canceled if we do not receive payments from you within 24 hours. However, if the payment has been made, kindly email us at email@example.com and we'll sort it out right away!
5. Where do you deliver?
We offer shipping to Malaysia and other countries around the world.
6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates differ based on the weight of the item(s) and the delivery location. The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. You can also find delivery costs on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.
7. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Sha Zaha® has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.
8. How long does delivery take?
Standard deliveries take 3 to 5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and 7 to 14 days for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) although this is not a guaranteed delivery time for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery postal code.
9. Has my order been delivered yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a tracking number for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number is sent to your registered email address.
10. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Your shipping address cannot be revised after your order is shipped out. If you did not make payment yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after the due day.
11. I received my order, but the item I received is faulty/incorrect/one of them is missing. What do I do?
We apologize profusely for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so please do let us know immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
12. What is your returns policy?
Items purchased from shazaha.com are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item fulfilled by shazaha.com, and you wish to return it to us, please visit our Returns Policy page for details.
